{"id":1716,"date":"2020-09-27T05:56:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-27T05:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bcmd.bt\/yibhutan\/?p=1716"},"modified":"2020-10-08T06:09:23","modified_gmt":"2020-10-08T06:09:23","slug":"resilience-amidst-a-pandemic-summer-camp-kicks-off","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bcmd.bt\/yibhutan\/blog\/resilience-amidst-a-pandemic-summer-camp-kicks-off\/","title":{"rendered":"Resilience Amidst a Pandemic: Summer Camp Kicks Off!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Building on the learnings and achievements of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bcmd.bt\/yibhutan\/uncategorized\/winter-programme-2020\/\">winter camp<\/a>\u00a0where 20+ YI participants\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3vuFmnrQ-MY&amp;t=34s\">reviewed the National Youth Policy (NYP)<\/a>, the YI summer camp began this past Sunday with a lot of excitement! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#641b57\"><p>In its seven years of running, this has been the first time that it has been taken on an online platform with the participants joining from various parts of the country. <\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonetheless, the conversation and attitude remained focused on the silver lining that this pandemic has provided in making us experience the potential that technology has in bridging distances and conserving resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the course of the day, the participants\u00a0discussed the meaning, significance and relevance of\u00a0<strong>Social Media Advocacy Campaign<\/strong>\u00a0which remains the theme for the virtual summer camp.
