The engagement process takes them through a reflective process wherein the children will apply the newly acquired lenses to share their experiences.\u00a0<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <div role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"tab-pane \" id=\"tabs_desc_2802_2\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/bcmd.bt\/yibhutan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/DSC09541.jpg\"><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2746\" src=\"http:\/\/bcmd.bt\/yibhutan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/DSC09541-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first day started with an interactive game on understanding rights and responsibility and an overview by the National Commission of Women and Children on the Child Rights Convention and children's status in Bhutan.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When engaging the participants in a group exercise on rights, it was evident that most young people associated rights with an individual\u2019s status, age, and position of power in society. However, other participants also shared that everyone should have equal rights regardless of class, race, or status.
