While Bhutan enjoys a stability and peace unprecedented in the region, it faces a number of challenges to its development as a nation that embodies the noble principles of Gross National Happiness. YIDDD Youth Representatives are keenly aware of these challenges and aim to help address them.
Throughout their term, Youth Representatives will focus on addressing issues through research, media-based advocacy, and lobbying their leaders.

Based on their interests, the Youth Representatives organized committees that will focus on examining issues into three areas. Within these areas, Representatives will consult citizens and experts on their chosen topics and explore possibilities that can be addressed through policy-based interventions.
