Call for Quotation

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD), located at Kawajangsa in the RSPN Building, Thimphu, hereby invites quotations from eligible and interested vendors for the purchase and disposal of obsolete and non-functioning inventory items. The items, which
include laptops, cameras, printers, routers, and related accessories, are proposed for disposal on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and all are currently in non-functional condition as detailed in the attached inventory list.

Interested vendors are required to visit the BCMD office premises to conduct a mandatory physical verification of the items prior to submission of their quotation. Based on the inspection, vendors may submit their quoted rates either as a lump sum amount. The selected vendor shall be responsible for the collection and removal of the items at their own cost and arrangement within the agreed timeframe.
All quotations must reach BCMD on or before 04 May 2026 during office hours i.e 9:00 AM- 5:00PM. The evaluation will be based on compliance with the requirements and the most competitive financial offer, and BCMD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
