Call for Expression of Interest

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD) invites quotations from qualified and experienced consultants to provide professional services for The Druk Journal for a contract period of 3 years.
The selected consultant will be expected to undertake the assignment in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached to this Call for Quotation.
Submit your EoI with CV and a lump sum fee to bcmd@bcmd.bt latest by 5:00 pm on or before 24 December 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
