Call for Expression of Interest

BCMD, in partnership with DW Akademie (DWA), is implementing the European Union (EU)-funded project titled “Building Inclusive Democracy: Civil Society, Parliamentarians, Media, and Youth Strengthen Good Governance in Bhutan” (2024–2026). Under the project, BCMD has awarded grants to four CSOs.

As part of this initiative, BCMD is seeking the services of two qualified consulting firms or individual consultants to serve as mentors to CSOs. The consultancy period will run from June 2025 to March 2026. The primary objective of the mentorship is to provide strategic guidance, technical advice, and support the CSOs during the implementation of their grant activities, with a focus on research quality, stakeholder engagement, facilitation of workshops, and the formulation of policy briefs.
