Call for Quotation

Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional service from relevant individuals for the production of a video for The Druk Journal Conversation on Local Government.

Scope of the work is as follows:

1. The organisation will provide video footage for the production of a 5 to 6-minute video.
2. The overarching framework will be provided by BCMD, however, the filmmaker will work to help in conceptualising as required.
