Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional services from relevant individuals/firms for the production of 3-5 mins video for Bhutan Democracy Forum 2023 on Media and Elections
The scope of the work is as follows:

The organisation will provide instruction and resources for the production of the video.

The overarching framework will be provided by BCMD, the producer will work to help in conceptualising and producing the video.
The quotation should reach the office of BCMD addressed to AFD, BCMD, Thimphu on or before 3rd February during office hours (9am – 5pm) or can be emailed to rosy@bcmd.bt. For any further clarification required, please write to rosy@bcmd.bt or call 02327903.
