Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking for a consultant to document the entire process of the alternative report to the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) to supplement the State of Children’s Rights report and present a comprehensive case study to provide an in-depth analysis of the diversity in the participants involved, the processes of engagement, and the personal development outcomes in the participants as a result of their engagement.
