Call for Quotation

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD) in partnership with DW Akademie under the project, ‘Building Inclusive Democracy: Civil Society, Parliamentarians, Media, and Youth Strengthen Good Governance in Bhutan’ is hiring a consultant to cover an event on ‘Training on Gender Minority Inclusion, Civic Engagement and Public Participation’ to produce high-quality pictures of the day.

The scope of the work is as follows:

1. High-Resolution Images: A selection of high-quality images suitable for digital use.
2. Curated Selection for Immediate Use: 5-10 images delivered within a few hours for Social Media Visibility. 
3. Full Set of Edited Images: 100-150 images delivered within one week.
4. Raw Image Files: Backup of all raw files provided upon request.

Required Documents

1. Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of individuals involved in photography/production.
2. Samples of previous work demonstrating proficiency in photography.
3. Detailed budget breakdown for the work.
4. References: Contact information for references who can attest to the consultants’ capabilities, professionalism, and quality of work.
