Call for Quotations

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional service from relevant individuals to reproduce Media Literacy into sign language through animated infographics:

1. Produce 9 x 3 minutes animated infographic videos of the Media Literacy curriculum.
2. All videos should include voice narration.
3. The assignment has to be completed by 21st August 2021.

The quotation should reach the office of BCMD addressed to AFD, BCMD, Thimphu on or before 27th July 2021 during office hours.

1. Filming of sign language interpreter according to voice narration provided by BCMD
2. Combining the sign language interpretation with animated infographics (also provided by BCMD)
3. The assignment has to be completed by 30th August 2021. 

The quotation should reach the office of BCMD addressed to AFD, BCMD, Thimphu on or before 27th July 2021 during office hours.
