Call for Expression of Interest

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD), in collaboration with DWA, is seeking the professional services of a video editor/production consultant to produce a short compiled video highlighting the upcoming CSO-Media Engagement Forum.

BCMD will provide the consultant with raw footage and photographic materials from the event. The consultant will be responsible for compiling, editing, and producing a polished short video that effectively conveys the objectives, impact, and experiences of the Forum in an engaging and coherent manner.

Scope of Work

Video Concept & Storyline

Collaborate with BCMD to understand the theme, objectives, and intended outcomes of the Forum.
Structure the narrative flow to reflect key activities, participant voices, and learning highlights from the Forum.
Editing & Post-Production

Review and curate the provided footage and media from the Forum.
Edit the footage into a short compiled video (approx. 3–5 minutes), ensuring clarity, coherence, and engaging storytelling.
Integrate music, subtitles (in English), voiceovers (if needed), transitions, and graphics to enhance viewer experience.
Output

Final video to be delivered in high-definition format, suitable for both online platforms and in-person screenings.
Edited version to be submitted in both .mp4 and .mov formats.

Samples of Previous Work, specifically short-format event or programme videos.
Detailed Budget Breakdown outlining all costs involved in post-production.
