The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD) invites Expressions of Interest from qualified consulting firms/individual consultants to conduct a baseline assessment for Project Mikhung 2.0, titled “Capacitating the Local Government and Citizens to strengthen people-centered planning.”

Project Mikhung 2.0, funded by the Bhutan Foundation and implemented by BCMD, aims to enhance community participation and inclusivity in the planning processes of the Local Government in Tsirang District. The baseline assessment will play a crucial role in establishing the current practices of public consultation and planning, identifying issues, and assessing the capacities of LG leaders in community planning.

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the baseline assessment provide a comprehensive project description, scope of work, expected deliverables, and other details. Interested consultants are encouraged to carefully review the TOR document for a thorough understanding of the project requirements: ToR_Baseline Assessment.docx

Interested consultants may submit the aforementioned documents latest by 19th April, 2024 to dekiwangmo@bcmd.bt or call 02-327903 for further clarification.
