Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional services from Monitoring and Evaluation Professional to carry out the evaluation of the project titled “Deepening democracy in Bhutan (2019 to 2021).
Qualification & Experience:
- At least a Master’s Degree
- Expertise and proven track record in M&E
- Excellent report writing skills
- Experience in governance work is preferred

- Technical proposal outlining proposed M&E framework and analysis
- Curriculum vitae
- Proof of prior work in M&E field
