Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional services from Local Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor to carry out the evaluation of the project titled “Democracy Beyond Elections: Participatory Policy Through Design Thinking”.

Project Partners: Bhutan Canada Foundation and Bhutan Centre for Media & Democracy
Duration: 24 days over the period of June 1st, 2022 – April 20, 2023 (start date is tentative and subject to confirmation)
