Call for Quotation

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional service from relevant individuals for the production of 15 minutes video on Youth Initiative 2022.

Scope of the work is as follows:

1. The organisation will provide archived footage and stills, however, the filmmaker must be able to find other footage, not in the archives but necessary for the film.

2. The filmmaker will work under the guidance and script from BCMD.

3. The entire video will be subtitled and incorporate translation for differently-abled people.
