Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy has trained local government leaders of Thimphu and Paro Dzongkhags on GNH-based Participatory Community Analysis. BCMD is seeking professional services from individuals/firms with skills for the production of two 5-minutes videos on Participatory consultation and planning.
The scope of the work is as follows:
- The Centre will video footage for the production of the two 5-minute videos.
- The entire video should be subtitled in English.
The quotation should reach the office of BCMD addressed to AFD, BCMD, Thimphu on or before September 9th 2022 during office hours or email rosy@bcmd.bt
