Call for Quotation

Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional service from relevant individuals for the production of a video for the project Democracy Beyond Elections: Participatory Policy Through Design Thinking  

Scope of the work is as follows:

1. The organisation will provide archived footage and stills. Additionally, the filmmaker must be able to find other footage, not in the archives but necessary for the film.
2. The overarching framework will be provided by BCMD, however the filmmaker will work to help in conceptualising and scripting as required.
3. The entire video will be subtitled and incorporate translation for differently-abled people.
