“Calling for eligible production houses/individuals for the Production of National Youth Policy (NYP) review process where a group of youth will be conducting focus group discussions with other target youth groups in Thimphu, Chhukha, Samtse, Trongsa, Paro, Trashigang over a period of a week or so.

• Filming must begin on 15 February
• Filming will require travel to at least one dzongkhag in the East, South and Central Bhutan.
• The final product  must be around 12-15 minutes in length with subtitles where required.
• The final edited product (after rounds of review) must be submitted by 30th March 2020.
