Call for Quotation

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional service from relevant individuals for the production of a 5 minutes video on Youth Summit 2023.

Scope of the work is as follows:

1. The organisation will provide archived footage and stills. Additionally, the filmmaker must be able to find other footage, not in the archives but necessary for the film.
2. The overarching framework will be provided by BCMD, however the filmmaker will work to help in conceptualising and scripting as required.
3. The entire video will be subtitled and incorporate subtitles.
