Call for Quotation

Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy has trained local government leaders of Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag on GNH-based Participatory Community Analysis. BCMD is seeking professional services from individuals/firms with skills for the production of a –  5-minutes videos on Participatory consultation and planning.

The scope of the work is as follows:

1. BCMD will video footage for the production of the video and the firm is to conceptualise and edit the video. 
2. The entire video should be subtitled in English. 
3. Timeline: October Beginning – October End
