Call for Quotation

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD) will be organising a 1-day Advocacy Event on Empowering Service Providers: Advocating for Inclusive Service Delivery in May 2024.
BCMD is seeking professional services from individuals/firms to produce a 5 -10 minute video documenting the event.
The scope of the work is as follows:
- The consultant must conceptualise and edit the footage to create a cohesive narrative that communicates the event’s objectives and outcomes effectively.
- The consultant must capture the highlights and key moments of the event and compile interviews/testimonials from the participants.
- Ensure that the video content reflects the diverse perspectives and experiences shared during the event.
- The entire video should be subtitled in English.
- Timeline: The final video must be submitted to BCMD by mid-June 2024.
Required Documents
- Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of individuals involved in the video production.
- Samples of previous work demonstrating proficiency in video production.
- Detailed budget breakdown for the production.
- References: Contact information for references who can attest to the consultants’ capabilities, professionalism, and quality of work.
