Call for Quotation

The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy (BCMD) with support from The Asia Foundation (TAF) under the project, ‘Understanding Government: A Comprehensive Guide to Structure, Functions, and Processes’ is hiring a consultant to produce one high-quality, engaging short infographic video in Dzongkha and English that simplifies and explains the structure, functions, and processes of Bhutan’s local and central government.
The scope of the work is as follows:
- The consultant must conceptualise and produce a short simplified infographic explaining the structure, functions, and processes of Bhutan’s local and central government.
- Utilise animations, graphics, sign language interpretation, and real-life examples specific to Bhutan to illustrate key points and maintain viewer interest.
- Ensure that the video content reflects the information collected from the stakeholder consultations effectively.
- The entire video should be dubbed in both English and Dzongkha and incorporate sign language interpretation.
Required Documents
- Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of individuals involved in the video production.
- Samples of previous work demonstrating proficiency in video production.
- Detailed budget breakdown for the production.
- References: Contact information for references who can attest to the consultants’ capabilities, professionalism, and quality of work.
