Terms and Conditions

1. Rate quoted for all items should be inclusive of all taxes and service charges.
2. Food will be served at RUB Campus, Thimphu
3. The supplier should make all required arrangements such as; crockeries, water, tables and other at the venue.
4. The supplier should also pitch three tents in the courtyard for tea and lunch.
5. Deploy adequate support staff to serve and look after the logistics.
6. Necessary arrangements, especially for VIPs, will be the responsibility of the supplier.
