Reiterated Request for Quotation

Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional services from relevant individual consultant/s to produce 8 short videos of 3-5 minutes over the period of June 12 –  August 31, 2023.

Project Title: Strengthening good governance and an inclusive democracy in Bhutan through reaching civic education to the underserved.

Duration: June 12 –  August 31, 2023

Interested consultants may submit the following documents latest by 8th June, 2023 during office hours to bcmd@bcmd.bt

• Technical proposal (with relevant literature review, well-developed research design and methodology, and analysis plan).
• Financial proposal quoted in Ngultrum inclusive of all costs necessary to meet the objectives of this assignment.
• Curriculum vitae/qualification
• Relevant experience and proof of prior work in similar fields (insert relevant ones only and indicate your role)
• Any other relevant information.
