We are happy to share the Autumn 2026 Issue of The Druk Journal, Volume 12, Issue 2, called “On Our Own Terms: Bhutan’s Digital Future in the Age of AI.” As generative AI reshapes the world, this issue asks how Bhutan can use it to strengthen governance, education and daily life while protecting the culture and community bonds that define us. Twenty voices, from dharma teachers and educators to civil servants, lawyers, technologists and international experts, share ideas on how Bhutan can adopt AI wisely, and on its own terms.
